It was art for the ages and art for those under age 18 at Artbeat 2026, the district-wide exhibit of student artwork.

An opening reception on March 18 brought hundreds of students, their family and friends out to see the exhibits in the Saltbox & Clubhouse Galleries at the West Hartford Art League. The exhibit featuring a mixture of media, was up through April 4 and represented every school in the district.

Artbeat 2026 was sponsored by the West Hartford Public Schools and the West Hartford Art League and their community partner, Jerry’s Artarama of West Hartford. WHL
