There’s nothing better than having the whole street to yourself, even if there are hundreds of other people doing the same. Families and friends descended on LaSalle Road, Farmington Avenue, South Main Street, and Memorial Road Extension on August 30 for “Center Streets.” The annual event offers walking, biking and generally just enjoying the central area and all it has to offer—without cars.

Center Streets is hosted by the non-profit organization Bike West Hartford, Inc.
