Sharing holiday recipes isn’t just limited to the end of the year. With Passover and Easter just around the corner, we asked two local caterers to share something delicious with us. They provided us with recipes for two delicious, sweet dishes.

These are the members of the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce’s Future Leaders of West Hartford’s vibrant young community, for the 40-ish and under crowd. The group is “dedicated to supporting the growth of young professionals through meaningful connections, leadership development, and community engagement,” according to the Chamber’s website. And at the core of the group is a monthly lunch at a Chamber-member restaurant, where everyone can relax and get to know each other

Chelsea is estimated to be a 3-year-old spayed female. She does have a slight heart murmur, but it doesn’t stop her from being the sweetest girl ever. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and tolerant. Chelsea loves cuddling, purring, and sitting on your lap. She even enjoys dress-up time (yes, she likes wearing sweaters!) and being carried around in her little sack.
